1.The management of commercial concrete trucks has always been a company's headache problem and chronic disease. The traditional vehicle management method is to install GPS/Beidou location system or to install float ball oil level sensor and so on. These methods can solve some individual problems in the early time, such as monitoring the location of the vehicle, querying the trajectory of the vehicle, and monitoring the fuel tank oil level. But they can only monitor a approximate status which is rough, low precision, and many false alarms.
2. In order to solve these headache problems, Soway developed a series of vehicle condition monitoring sensors ,combining with the characteristics of the commercial concrete industry.
1). SFCG20L: This fuel level sensor can effectively monitor the fuel level of the fuel tank, prevent oil stealing, record the fuel volume of the fuel tank, and the number of refueling. The capacitive liquid level sensor uses the capacitance formed between the probe and the container to change linearly with the liquid level, and converts the change of the liquid level into a linear output, which can directly display the liquid level height or send it directly to remote monitoring through wireless transmission system. The same sensor can change the measuring medium or change the installation environment at any time, and can automatically adapt and accurately measure without re-calibration, and is not affected by the change of dielectric constant and temperature. For example, after a SFCG automobile fuel level sensor is installed on a tanker truck, the car is traveling from the south of our country to the north, no matter how the fuel label is changed, or what additives are added, it can accurately measure its true value without recalibration. Oil level. And factors such as temperature and radio frequency interference have no influence on the sensor.
2). HOCM high-precision fuel consumption flow meter, also known as fuel consumption meter, is installed in the oil inlet and return lines; the fuel consumption meter uses the volumetric principle to realize dynamic state monitoring of automobile fuel consumption, and its measurement accuracy is independent of fuel product changes. The impact of road bumps, small size, light weight, earthquake resistance, etc., by monitoring the instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, and total time of the vehicle's oil circuit, optimized scheduling, so that the time of concrete on the mixer truck is shortened, the vehicle is fully utilized, and fuel consumption, etc. Expenses can be reduced, reducing vehicle fuel consumption.
3). The SPH3A0 series of forward and reverse rotation speed sensors are detected by the Hall principle. Just fix 2 magnets at the detection point of the shaft or wheel (the two magnets are distributed symmetrically, and the N pole of one magnet must face the sensor, and the other magnet S pole must face the sensor), and the arrow on the detection surface of the sensor probe faces The arc of the magnet is fixed. When the wheel or shaft rotates, sweep the sensor probe with a magnet in the direction of the arrow, line 2 outputs a forward rotation signal (low level), and line 4 outputs a forward rotation speed pulse signal; otherwise, line 2 outputs a reverse signal (High level), Line 4 outputs the reverse rotation speed pulse signal.
4). SAHX-120B Load sensor: The sensor is designed according to the principle of angle measurement, because the change of vehicle
