Displacement Data Acquisition System application: Subway Platform Screen Door

1.System instruction:

The deformation measurement of the screen door means to test the deform of the sample's  one sliding doors,one fixed door ,two emergency doors and their cover under the simulated wind pressure and crowded load situation. Please see below picture:

2. Test equipments

1) LVDT: 10-18pcs, stroke range: 0-25mm.

2) LVDT support bracket:  10-18pcs.

3) data cable:10-18pcs, 10meters each. it is use to connect the LVDT displacement sensor and the signal acquisition      host.

4) signal acquisition host:1pcs, it is use to monitor 18-channels sensor displacement signals simultaneously.

5) data cable: 2pcs, to tramsmit the data between the signal acquisition host and the laptop computer, 2meters long each

3. Test the hardware and the software

1) The 18 channels of the host are independent, and each channel has a signal indicator. In the test working state, the corresponding channel indicator shows green, means the channel working normally; for example, if it is red , It means that the channel is abnormally and no data has been collected.

2) the customer can reset the related channel with hardware switches.

3)the software monitors the data of 18 channels at the same time and displays the corresponding waveforms and real values in real time. The button trigger mode is adopted on the interface, and it starts to work after the button is triggered, and stops working when the button is triggered again, and the corresponding data can be exported and played back.

4) The working frequency can be adjusted from 0.1s to 0.5s.

5) a alarming value can be set.

6) each channel can be reset to 0 by software tech

7)  the realtime value can be display to 0.001.

Remarks:

Please far away from strong current equipment, equipment with large current interference while using these LVDT sensors. And turn on the power and let the device warm up for 5 minutes before running the software for data collection
